  • Convenience shopping centres of between 5,000-20,000m2 in size
  • High quality aesthetics and sufficient parking
  • Anchored by a national supermarket chain
  • Located in high income areas within major South African cities
  • Located in an area supported by demographics indicating growth
  • Conveniently located in respect of access and visibility from main feeder roads

Various forms of funding arrangements can be agreed with developers on each opportunity presented.
